    Live support is available Monday through Friday from 8am to 3pm Central Time and also by appointment.

    To open a live chat window please enter your name and click on the Zen-Fire Support box below. A new window will open allowing you to IM with a support representative.

    If necessary, a remote desktop support session can be initiated. You will be prompted to download and run a small file that will establish a one-time remote connection over a secure channel.
